MainStreetChamber Houston to Host First Annual Business Legends Induction Ceremony

HOUSTON - May 3, 2013 - PRLog -- HOUSTON – MAY 3, 2013 – MainStreetChamber Houston announced yesterday at its one-year anniversary celebration that it would host its first annual Houston Business Legends Induction Ceremony on October 9 at the Bayou City Events Center from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m.  The event is free and is open to the public.

The Class of 2013 Inductees include: Bob Lanier, Johnny Carrabba, Tony Chase, John Beddow, Bill Sherrill, and Alex Lopez Negrete.  MainStreetChamber Houston’s Business Legends committee chose the six inductees based on each of their exemplary careers and accomplishments in their respective industries.  Houston Business Legends is to become an annual event where those who own and/or serve emerging businesses can be honored for excellent business innovation.

The Houston Business Legends event exists to celebrate capitalism, entrepreneurship, and the free enterprise.  MainStreetChamber Houston members and this year’s inductees reflect The American Dream and are the definition of success and hard work.  Houston draws brilliant, talented businesspeople from all over the world and inductees demonstrate what happens when you make the right opportunities in the right place.  “Our Business Legends Team is hard at work to ensure our first annual ceremony is as impeccable and prestigious as our inductees!  It’s going to be a truly exquisite event and we’re absolutely thrilled and cannot wait,” explained Dirk Cummins, MainStreetChamber National President.
