SWANSEA, Wales - May 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Although the insulation industry has suffered a few set-backs since the ending of CERT in December 2012, one Swansea company have managed to maintain their momentum during what can be termed as challenging trading conditions.

Having arranged the installation of over 600,000 measures under the CERT scheme in 2012 alone, leading energy efficiency company, Nationwide Energy Services (NES) are continuing their rapid period of growth. The firm, part of the Save Britain Money group, have seen an increase in staff numbers and turnover as well as the opening of two installation depots.

The group actually doubled their turnover to £25 million during the last financial year leading to prestigious recognition as the UK’s 26th fastest growing privately owned firm in The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 list. The annual list which ranks Britain’s 100 top private companies based on their sales growth is currently in its 16th year.

Neville Wilshire, CEO of the Save Britain Money group and founder of Nationwide Energy Services has been invited to the national awards dinner being held on the 15th May at Sir Richard Branson’s family home in Oxfordshire. In addition Mr Wilshire has been personally selected as one of twenty businessmen to attend a VIP drinks reception with Sir Richard Branson.

Mr Wilshire is being chauffeured from his headquarters in Swansea to the event by sponsors Audi and will have the opportunity to speak directly with Sir Richard and discuss his experiences in the insulation business and his plans for the future.

Neville commented “I am delighted to be attending these national awards and meeting Sir Richard. There is no denying that the ending of CERT caused all of us in the industry some sleepless nights and difficult decisions. However, I do believe that ECO, and in the longer term Green Deal ,will offer companies with the right strategy the opportunity to grow again and continue the job of creating energy efficient homes across the country”.

The exciting news comes as Nationwide Energy Services are busy offering energy efficiency improvements to their customers under ECO as well as preparing a national Green Deal rollout with the recruitment of 100’s of qualified GDA’s.
