Rohde & Schwarz Topex welcomes you at International Telecoms Week (ITW) Chicago 2013

BUCHAREST, Romania - May 2, 2013 - PRLog -- The second event on Rohde & Schwarz Topex agenda for 2013, ITW, is the meeting point for the global wholesale telecommunications community to buy and sell both voice and data products and services.

Topex multiSwitch, a carrier-grade Softswitch CLASS 4 & CLASS 5 flexible solution, is situated in the center of the Topex Next Generation Networks architecture and it is designed for small and medium companies who intend to offer voice services to their clients on a pay as you grow basis. It platform comprises the most extensive range of signaling protocols in the same equipment providing call-control intelligence for establishing, maintaining, touring and terminating voice calls. This has many features and services and it is a great solution for large companies with high voice traffic to GSM networks, Call Centers or alternative carriers. The standard use of the equipments allows the client to interface the PSTN traditional network through E1 interface to IP networks providing direct routing between IP, digital, analog and GSM networks. Its main functionality is to interconnect VoIP & PSTN networks with all kind of GSM networks with benefits like Least Cost Routing.

Another product proposed for this event is Topex VoiBridge, a small capacity gateway used as a Trunk Gateway between an IP PBX and the mobile networks. With this equipment, customers can make significant savings on calls due to the advanced LCR functions. The product supports up to 4 HSDPA channels to IP and works with any IP PBX or Softswitch, based on SIP and H323 protocols. Topex VoiBridge includes also Mobility Extension features and it is a perfect convergence solution for clients with IP PBX infrastructure.
