Southeast Law Group, P.A. Gains New Partner

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - May 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Southeast Law Group (http://www.southeastlaw.com) is pleased to announce that 25-year insurance coverage litigation veteran, Janice A. Kelly, is now a partner of the firm.  Janice, a skilled litigator and an expert in the field of insurance defense, has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as an Orlando Top Lawyer for the past two years.

“We couldn’t be happier” says Partner, Michaela D. Scheihing.  “To have someone with the depth-of-knowledge that Janice brings is a benefit to us and our clients,” Ms. Scheihing adds.

Janice comes to Southeast Law Group after a brief retirement.  She earned her Bachelors of Science Degree from the Florida State University and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.  “Joining Southeast Law Group felt like a seamless transition since I worked closely with the founding partners for a number of years at a prior firm,” shares Janice.  Mrs. Kelly practices in the area of first-party property insurance coverage issues, including earth movement and sinkhole activity losses.  She is affectionately referred to by her peers and partners as “the sinkhole queen.”
