Confreda Greenhouses & Farms Farmers Market Opening for the 2013 Season!

CRANSTON, R.I. - April 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Hope (Western Cranston), RI – Confreda Greenhouses & Farms is excited to announce our Farmers Market is opening for the season on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 9am in Hope (Western Cranston), RI.    

Walk through the Farmers Market doors and you’ll melt at the smell of our freshly baked homemade pies in all of the delicious flavors you can dream of! Now, you’ve got the perfect gift for Mother’s Day!  And don’t forget to fill up your kitchen with plenty of fresh produce from the Farmers Market, delivered straight from local fields.  We’ve got lettuce, broccoli, and so many more early spring harvests!

The Garden Center will be open Monday-Sunday, 9am-5pm.  Be the first to choose from beautiful flowers and hardy vegetable plants straight from our greenhouses.  We’ve got a wide selection of vibrant spring flowers to bring some fun and variety to your gardens. Hanging basket can brighten up yards, walkways, porches, and anywhere else you can find a spot!  

This season, we’re supporting the Invincibelle Spirit Campaign for a Cure by selling Proven Winners® pink flowers and shrubs to benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.  Over 90 cents of every dollar the campaign receives from their flowers goes directly towards actual breast cancer research, rather than just awareness/admin costs.  We also carry Pink Ribbon plants. Stop in to get some beautiful flowers for Mom on Mother’s Day and help out a great cause!
