Follow on Google News | TYE Global Business Plan Competition To Be Held In June 201316 Global Teams Set To Compete For Top Prize In Washington DC
By: TiE Global The TYE 2013 Global Business Plan Competition, sponsored by Sanjay Govil and Infinite Computer Solutions, will feature 16 teams comprised of the brightest high school minds around the world. Each team will represent their local TiE Chapter, and will get a chance to pitch their business plan idea to a panel of judges in an attempt to be the TYE Global winner. Participating Chapters include: Washington DC, Seattle, Ohio, Atlanta, Detroit, Ahmedabad, UP, Chennai, UK, Dallas, UK North, Vancouver, Delhi, Boston, Hubli, and Austin. Chapters unable to travel to Washington DC will make their presentations virtually via Learn It Live on Saturday, June 15th, and live presentations will be made on Sunday, June 16. A banquet will be held on Sunday evening at The Mason Inn, which will feature the awards ceremony with keynote speakers, followed by dinner. The TiE Young Entrepreneur (TYE) Program is a one-of-a-kind entrepreneur program focused on empowering teenagers with leadership skills and business basics.
