The sold-out Scrum Gathering challenges attendees to "Up the Ante" on their Agile game, identifying opportunities for advancement and utilizing actionable advice to improve their Agile techniques. With 500 attendees, the conference is one of the largest of its kind for Agile practitioners.

“As a provider of Agile training and coaching, David Consulting Group understands the challenges that Agile presents for an organization and the changes required for Agile to produce the desired results,” said Tom Cagley, Vice President of Consulting and Agile Coach. “The Scrum Gathering brings together some of the most active Agile practitioners in the industry to address these challenges and how they can best be tackled for the benefit of any organization. I look forward to sharing takeaways from my experiences with Agile, as well as learning from those of my colleagues.”

The conference features three tracks:

See the Future: Focused on the "What" in terms of delivery and covering  the topics of organizational development, coaching, product road mapping and related activities.

Build the Future: Focused on "How" to create the valuable work product and covering activities throughout the Sprint, including effective retrospectives, collaboration techniques, removing impediments and more.

Tools of the Trade: Focused on the technical aspect of "How," regarding value delivery, and covering the tools and techniques for engineering practices, such as continuous integration, code refactoring, pair programming and unit testing.

The conference will take place May 6-8 at the Westin Hotel in Las Vegas.
