MANCHESTER, U.K. - April 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Manchester based HURST Corporate Finance has advised on the management buy-out of a significant legal practice from one of the North West's premier legal firms: Pannone. Led by Partner Nigel Barratt, the HURST team advised Hugh Jones on establishing his new firm and acquiring a bank of clients.
Hugh and his team look after individuals who are not able to look after themselves and have highly complex financial and care requirements; many of Hugh's clients have received multi-million pound compensation payments following catastrophic injuries and require 24 hour care for the remainder of their lives. Generally Hugh or one of his colleagues is appointed by the Court of Protection, a judicial body that ensures vulnerable adults' requirements are catered for on a professional basis.

Nigel commented "Hugh is a fantastic professional and it is really pleasing to see him establish himself as a business owner. The transaction was one of the more complex we have been involved in as it involved multiple negotiations with the vendor and various regulatory bodies and that made it all the more satisfying to complete."

Hugh Jones said "I felt that the time was right to leave Pannone and start my own firm. We will be offering a new level of personal service and experience unrivalled by many of the larger firms."

Hugh's new firm is called Hugh Jones Solicitors (http://www.hughjonessolicitors.co.uk/).
