ORANGE, Calif. - April 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Recent heavy rains across the Midwest have left a path of flooded homes, offices and schools.  Just last week, more than 150 gauges along rivers across the Midwest were in flood stage, including 37 at major flood stage.  In Illinois alone, 44 counties have been declared as disaster areas.
