PRLog -- Lynn Nichols of the Lynn Nichols Real Estate Team earned her Capper Award in March. The Capper with Keller Williams is an incentive, that after a set amount of commission that is paid to the broker the Realtor than will receive 100% of the commission earned for that year. When ask Lynn what she contributes this award to she replied "I had a record year in house sales for 2012 and my first quarter of 2013, I was up 100%." She went on to tell us "I had changed some of my marketing strategies in the past year. One of the biggest things I think really helped me was having my website redesigned."

In the pass year Lynn has added a contract to close assistant, a home stager, an assistant for marketing, besides she told us all of her partners are excellent in their jobs. She told us "I am only as good as the people that surround me, I feel I have been very much Blessed with the people that surround me." Lynn told us although that the marketing changed and she added different people she still believes the basic of any business to do never lose focus on how important the clients are and they are always the number one focus. So what is Lynn's plans for this year? She has said with earning a Capper and her CRS and having record sales it was very exciting; this coming year Lynn plans on having a 150% increase in sales and earning her Associate Broker's license.
