Following the popularity of recent sessions, The CRM Business will be running another “Introduction to CRM” session on 22nd May, and also a more specialist “CRM for Charities” webinar on 4th June 2013.  During these complimentary online sessions, the company will be demonstrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM and providing information about the latest software available to UK organisations.
