WASHINGTON - April 28, 2013 - PRLog -- projecttissue8 announces its 4th in a series of pop-up project sewing lessons around the Washington, D.C. area.  The Tenley-Friendship Neigborhood Library will provide the setting for the class at 10am until Noon on Saturday, May 25, 2013.

The classes are produced and directed by master seamtress Chris Cooper. These classes are specifically designed to give an individual who has never touched a sewing machine a strong foundation of the fundamentals of sewing.

projecttissue8 supplies everything for the classes: sewing machines, materials, fabrics, and an unforgettable experience!  Each class participant will take away an environmentally friendly, reusable, decorative tote bag.

projecttissue8 is sowing the seeds to sewing to children, women and men throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.  If there is an inner designer in you or you just want to be able fix a hem, replace a zipper, button, or make something special a projecttissue8 pop-up project sewing lesson is a great place to start.  Some projecttissue8 pop-up project sewing lessons are free others are not but, either way space is always limited.

Please visit www.projecttissue8.com or email info@projecttissue8.com to RSVP for the next pop-up project sewing lesson.
