Belly Dancing to Dining Out in Episode 10 ‘Almost There’ on The Balancing Act on Lifetime TV
Makeover Ladies Step It Up with New Moves and Grooves on Mission Makeover™ Hosted by Julie Moran
(Pompano Beach, FL- PR LOG – April 26, 2013) Belly Dancing to Beautiful Oceanside Dining are just two activities on the makeover menu for the three ladies of Mission Makeover™ as the series continues toward the finish line. Tune in to Episode #10 of The Balancing Act® on Lifetime TV on Monday, April 26th at 7:30 am (ET/PT) to see how the women cope with the pumped up pressure to shed pounds and inches in the last 3 weeks of the competition.
As the music pounds, the ladies step it up starting with classes in Belly Dancing, Zumba and Mitana dancing. Which woman gets into the groove and says, “This is what I love!” and who will have trouble coping with all the moves?
“Are we supposed to eat this?” Chef Nick from Domino Foods returns to Mission Makeover and puts the ladies to work in the kitchen to bake an apple cobbler, which he assured them they can eat and enjoy! It’s made with Domino® Sugar Light and Stevia Blend that has half the calories of sugar but satisfies their sweet tooth.
Keeping their blood flowing, fitness expert Adriana Martin introduces the ladies to Face2FaceGym, an online wellness program and virtual gym where they can get a full workout from the comfort of their homes. With a webcam and internet access, they have virtual workouts with personal trainers. The Face2Face platform also allows workouts with other people like a cross-country friend, anytime, anywhere -- and offers nutrition counseling. Jennifer Cassetta, Tanner Martty and Ondrea Lynn from Face2Face all help the women kick, stretch, and squat their way to better bodies.
As a treat for all their fitness fury, Traci Scaletta nutrition expert and the ladies meet up with celebrity chef Ralph Pagano at his Alba Seaside Restaurant at Solé on the Ocean where he offers ‘Healthy Tips for Dining Out 101” like “Where’s there’s color, there’s flavor!”. Ralph brings the ladies into the kitchen and lets them lend a culinary hand by cooking up a nutritious and delicious dish -- grilled rosemary chili chicken with a simple salad – which they enjoy eating while taking in the Oceanside views, instead of extra calories.
In case you missed it, last week’s episode will re-air at 7:00 am (ET/PT) on April 29th. Make sure to stayed tuned for Episode 11 “In this Together” to see what surprise is in store for the ladies on Monday, April 29th at 7:30 am (ET/PT).
