Headway Announces New Leader For Its Center For Recruitment And Operational Excellence (CORE)

RALEIGH, N.C. - April 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Headway Workforce Solutions, a North American recruitment, contingent workforce solutions and business process outsourcing provider, has announced the hiring of David C. Tucker as the company’s Senior Vice President of its Center for Recruitment and Operational Excellence (CORE).  

Tucker, an established recruitment leader, most recently worked for FutureStep, where he led and managed their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programs.  Prior to that, Tucker managed large recruitment teams in a variety of engagements for Cisco, IBM, Nissan, Computer Associates (CA), Nortel and others. Tucker’s human capital experience spans large scale contingent staffing and RPO service delivery areas.

J.P. Sakey, Headway’s CEO and President stated, “David has spent his entire career servicing large accounts in the human capital arena and managing service delivery teams,” and, “He has a proven track record of building long term, deep relationships with both clients and his teams.”

In his role with Headway, Tucker will be responsible for managing all recruitment service delivery, as well as training, development and account management for Headway’s Center for Recruitment and Operational Excellence (CORE) organization.
