Developer Attorney Joins Alternative Dispute Resolution Group for Condos and Homeowner Associations

Mr. Larkin comes to CADRExperts with vast experience in the association and development community, having served for the last twelve years as the Vice President/National Director of Community Associations for Toll Brothers. Concurrent with his association practice, Mr. Larkin also served as General Counsel for Ancillary Businesses for Toll Brothers, developing an expertise in mortgage lending, title matters, golf and country club development and operation and marketing new homes. Mr. Larkin has written and lectured extensively on association transitions and brings over twenty years of experience in mediating and solving association issues.

She is a certified mediator with the American Arbitration Association and the Houston Business Journal.
