WHAT: On the evening of April 26th, 2013, world-renowned British luxury furnishings designer, Christopher Guy, will present the prestigious BritWeek Design Icon Award to Ian Callum, Design Director of Jaguar. This exclusive event takes place during the 7th annual Britweek Los Angeles. The award, specially created by Wedgwood, will be presented at this private celebration sponsored by Architectural Digest at the Christopher Guy West Hollywood Showroom. Lord Wedgwood and actress Eva La Rue will assist in the presentation of the Design Icon Award. The event will showcase British creativity and excellence in the design field. During the evening attendees will be able to admire the fine work of Christopher Guy and Ian Callum. From the Jaguar F-Type in the entrance of the showroom to the iconic Christopher Guy pieces displayed throughout the showroom, the evening will exude glamour and luxury. The festivities will include a glamorous fashion show with one segment featuring Dita Von Teese’s current capsule dress collection, available exclusively at Decades in Los Angeles. Vintage Alexander McQueen gowns provided by Chic Little Devil can also be seen during the fashion show. During the event, guests will sip on spirits provided by Rosenthal Wines and Blue Ice Vodka.
