Shawn Simmons Resigns as President and CIO of Wellington Investment Group, Inc.

NEW CITY, N.Y. - April 25, 2013 - PRLog -- NEW YORK, New York.-- Wellington's Board of Directors
today announced that company founder Shawn Simmons has tendered his
resignation as president, chief investment officer and member of the Board
of Directors, effective May 13, 2013. Lee Hanover, chairman of the Board
of Directors, will serve as President and Scott Marshall will take over as
CIO. Mr. Simmons leaves Wellington and the private equity industry to form
an asset and capital management business focused on the equity markets.
