We are delighted to announce the opening of our new restaurant in Santorini.

The Mill Houses Elegant Suites, as one of the most awarded boutique hotels of the island presents now a gastronomic experience not only to its guests but to all the visitors of Santorini, who wish to have a bursting experience of this incomparable island.  

The Mylos, all day bar restaurant is operating under the management of the Mill Houses –member of Luxury Hotel Collection - and the personal care of the well-known awarded executive chef Mr. Michalis Kalavrinos.

Starting daily with a Mediterranean breakfast edited and prepared by our pastry chef Mr. Embiridis and going throughout the day with fresh snacks, coffees, ice creams, and exceptional lunch and dinner dishes accompanied  with a great selection of delicious local and regional wines to choose.

The glorious and peaceful views to the volcano and the Aegean creating inimitable, picturesque surroundings to enjoy your meal in style.

Our aim is to increase the quality of the “food and beverage” services in every level, and offer to all our guests the most of a unique gastronomic experience.

The Mylos operates from 08:00 to 24:00 daily
