Follow on Google News | Hire Station signs lease at Glasgow Trade ParkOn behalf of Silverbank Development Company, Ryden has announced a further letting at Glasgow’s premier out-of-town business park, Glasgow Trade Park.
By: Ryden Hire Station, which is expanding its operations, has taken 6,006 sq ft on a 10-year lease at a rent of £6.50 per sq ft. The firm joins existing tenants including Wheel Pro, Polar Speed and Fastenal Europe Ltd. Ryden has concluded six deals at the 60,000 sq ft estate over the past year and only 10,000 sq ft remains available, with the unit capable of sub-division into two 5,000 sq ft units. Gregor Harvie, Senior Surveyor at Ryden said: “The variety, calibre and number of occupiers that we have secured at Glasgow Trade Park are directly attributable to the quality of the space available and its prime strategic location.
