Bilzin Sumberg Attorney Ruben S. Fogel Elected Chair of Miami-Dade JNFuture Board of Directors

MIAMI - April 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP announced that Corporate & Tax attorney, Ruben S. Fogel, was elected Chair of the JNFuture 2013 Board of Directors for the Miami-Dade Region. JNFuture, the young professional division of the Jewish National Fund (JNF), supports the JNF in its commitment to environmentalism and community advancement in Israel.

In his role as Chair, Mr. Fogel will focus on raising awareness of JNF initiatives, building membership and connecting existing members. Actively involved in the Jewish community, he is also a member of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation's Leadership Development Institute.

Mr. Fogel maintains a strong record of pro bono work and has represented organizations such as American Friends of Un Techo para mi Pais, a non-profit organization that seeks to overcome poverty and promote community development in Latin America.  

Mr. Fogel focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters.
