REIWA and RENT.COM.AU sign marketing agreement

April 23, 2013 - PRLog -- In recognition of the advancements of property management in the online sector, the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) and national rental property website Rent.com.au have formed a new strategic partnership.  

The partnership will see REIWA agents having the ability to publish their rental listings directly on rent.com.au with the REIWA logo displayed on their listings. It will also provide a link of each member’s properties for sale on REIWA.com.

“The agreement lets REIWA members use their existing REIWA.com service, and negate any double entry of properties from their admin side, which will save them valuable time as well as immediately gain extended marketing reach and profile to the 6 million national renter population. It will also provide the opportunity for REIWA members to reach property investors and landlords seeking a property manager, as well as investors looking to buy an investment property in WA," said Rent.com.au CEO Mark Woschnak.

"We recognize the value of having the professional property managers associated with REIWA help renters find suitable rental accommodation throughout Western Australia, including those renters moving to WA from other states or overseas.”

With the addition of the REIWA members rental listings, this will provide all people looking to rent a property with the benefit of a greater range of rental choice on the rent.com.au website.
