Big Names Coming To Roast Boston Sports Radio Host Mike Adams On May 16

BOSTON - April 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Mike (Mikey) Adams host of the Planet Mikey Show on Sports Radio WEEI will be “roasted” to help raise money for Marlborough-based non-profit Employment Options. The Roast will take place on May 16.  

The Roast will take place at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel in Marlborough, MA and several big names in Boston are coming in to roast Mikey. “Roasters” will include former Boston Red Sox pitcher Bill “The Spaceman” Lee, Radio Veteran Glenn Ordway and Actor John Fiore, known for his role in the Sopranos and Law and Order. Others include nationally known comedians Dave Russo and Graig Murphy.

These celebrities will take part in this event to roast Adams, honoring his long career in broadcasting and to help raise funds for the important work of the non-profit organization Employment Options.  Master of ceremonies for the event will be veteran TV reporter/anchor Eileen Curran.
