11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Lunch & Cultural Performances

1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  Exhibits, Meditation Sessions, Lectures & Workshops

4:30 p.m.  Closing

Visakha is an annual celebration honoring the birth, enlightenment and passing of the Buddha.

There will be:

Refreshments provided with lunch, on street and lot parking available.

Exhibits representing Buddhist centers, churches and temples in the

Chicago area and cultural performances, along with workshops and lectures on different aspects of Buddhist practice.

Rev. Ron Miyamura, keynote speaker, with meditation sessions led by different teachers and practitioners.
