CALGARY, Alberta - April 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Calgary, AB – On April 22, 2013 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm the Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta (CPAA) will be hosting their first of many bottle drives in the community. Environmental issues have such a dramatic effect on so many citizens of Calgary and surrounding communities, and the CPAA are making a difference in their recycling program.

“We want to gain awareness for the CPAA and all that we are doing to maintain a cleaner community.” Spoke Jon Gelhorn, Community Development Coordinator. “We have a mystery draw for any persons that drop off their bottles and beverage containers to us during our bottle drive.” The Operations division of the CPAA supplies fifty percent (50%) of the overall cost of our organization. Events like this are crucial for the existence of the association. Any recyclable beverage containers are accepted and very much appreciated.

All events concerning recycling can be located on the association’s website at
