Follow on Google News | Columbia Photo To Move To Larger Location And Better Parking - Now Called Creve Coeur CameraCreve Coeur Camera to move Columbia Photo to better serve the Columbia market. Many upgrades to the store including huge lens display and more cameras!
By: Creve Coeur Camera About 3 months ago Weiss inked a deal with Kroenke Group to move the camera store to a new location on the east side of town. "We looked for about a day and determined that we need to be either on the east side or the west side of town. There were several locations to choose from but the final choice was on Conley Road was the best. Being near Hy Vee and the rest of the stores was perfect". Weiss met with the Kenny Stiles of Kroenke Group and signed the deal. "Kenny was very easy to deal with and made this simple". The new location is over 3000 square feet and is designed with the new Creve Coeur Camera camera shelving that focuses your attention on the cameras behind the counter. Additionally there will be a new upgraded kiosk area for instant printing and photo gifts. The new location will continue to carry cameras and more from Nikon, Sony, Canon, Olympus, Fuji, Sigma and many more manufacturers. The manager, Holly Westmoreland, is very excited about the move for the simple reason that "...our customers will be able to park directly in front of the store and run in". The new location will also have a name change to Creve Coeur Camera. This is due to the fact that most customers already know this store is part of the larger chain. Weiss also mentioned that his current landlord Tom Atkins was a pleasure to deal with and will miss his association with him greatly. End
