Builders will be able to buy bacon sarnies with their CSCS skills cards!

DERBY, U.K. - April 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Construction workers will soon be able to use their CSCS cards to purchase items on site.

A number of major contractors are looking into investing in new CSCS cards that allow participating sites to be cash free. CSCS are developing the technology surrounding the ‘smart cards’.

Andy Puttock, the developments manager from CSCS says ‘’So much more can be included on the card including developments like loading them-up with money like a pre-paid credit card meaning sites can become cash free. The staff could then use their cards to buy things in the canteen. We are currently speaking to a number of major contractors about initiatives like this ‘’
