PRLog - April 17, 2013 - WASHINGTON -- APW Productions in association with Prince Charles Entertainment has been making a major impact in the Washington-Baltimore areas by bringing the “Good Ol’ Days” back with packed out theatre style live concerts featuring Legendary R&B Artists that have made a mark in the music industry and will never be forgotten. Their first concert in Baltimore on January 5, 2013 at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall showered their audience with an incredible, unforgettable show featuring R&B Legends, K-Ci & Jo-Jo, Dru Hill, Sisqo, Scola, and Jon B. So how did their next concert transpire with the First Lady of R&B, Faith Evans? Alvin states, “I was watching the Wendy Williams Tuesday show featuring Faith Evans. She looked good, so I thought it would be a great idea to bring her to the Washington-Baltimore areas.”

APW Productions & Prince Charles Entertainment is launching, “A Night of R&B” into the Washington, DC area for a spectacular event opened with two local artists, Will Starr and Brett Gay from Baltimore, Maryland with hosting by Kleon da Comedian. Media Coverage will be provided by Celestial Caring Enterprises, LLC, VIPeVents Concierge, LLC, and ShalisaPR. Earlier this week, Dana Jay exclaimed, “Support my boyz, Prince Charles and Alvin Wells! They show up and put on for the Washington-Baltimore areas- bringing quality! Bring your Boo and share a night of R&B that will shake your love life!”
APW Productions is making a positive dent in the Entertainment industry by producing classy, tasteful, and upscale events throughout the Washington-Baltimore areas. They created a concert platform for local talented artists to unleash their creativity alongside mainstream with a wide, diverse audience to help take their music career to a higher level of business. Most of all, APW Productions & Prince Charles Entertainment are dedicated to changing the landscape in the Baltimore areas that are currently polluted by the negative acts and messages deriving from the Entertainment channels, such as Radio, TV, and the World Wide Web that greatly affect the communities. Alvin declares, “The community is our first priority, therefore it is our duty to incorporate outreach activities within the neighborhoods.”
Unlike most promoters that just bring celebrities to the area to perform or make an appearance, APW (All People Welcome) Productions sets out higher standards when dealing with celebrities. They incorporate community outreach projects. These initiatives include giving speeches at school auditoriums or interaction with the students in a classroom setting. This type of outreach promotes confidence, motivation, inspiration, and encouragement to the students whom connected with a particular high profile individual.
“A Night of R&B” concert featuring R&B Divas, Faith Evans with her live band and Chico DeBarge will be held at The Warner Theatre, 513 13th St. NW Washington, DC on Thursday April 18, 2013 at 8:00pm.
