Candidates looking to break into pharmaceutical sales can now do so through hundreds of colleges/universities that offer the CNPR Certification program. There is also an online/self-study version of the program available (directly through the National Association of Pharmaceutical Representatives). Pharmaceutical companies are looking for individuals that possess specific industry education in order to be successful in the sales field.
