Lifestyle Living Group Help Fund Charity Event

April 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Luxury residential and holiday park operator Lifestyle Living Group has sponsored a charity bowling competition, organised by one of its residents at Ballyhalbert Park Homes.

The event was held at Ballyhalbert Bowling Club, where 64 players took part in the competition, which included two teams of park residents. The day resulted in a grand total of £1537.85 being raised for the chosen charity, the Northern Ireland Children’s Cancer Fund.

James McFerran the park manager at Ballyhalbert Park Homes said:

“It is important to everyone here at the park that we get involved and support our residents in any way we can.

“We are delighted to be in a position to be able to donate to both the event and a charity that does such great work.”

Tommy Warke, resident at Ballyhalbert Park Homes and organiser of the event, added:

“The competition was a complete success, everyone had a great time and, more importantly, a significant amount of money was raised for charity.

“The event wouldn’t have taken place without the support of Lifestyle Living Group. I am grateful for not only their financial donation, but also the time and help of their staff.”
