up the exclusive rights to distribute GIVEN Liqueur, that will be launched in the Texas market at the
end of April 2013, just in time for summer cocktail menus, Cinco De Mayo and Memorial weekend.

GIVEN is the world’s first ultra-premium tequila liqueur macerated with limes and lightly sweetened
with Sauvignon Blanc grapes

All Natural; GIVEN marries authentic Mexican Ultra-Premium Tequila (40%) with the sophistication of
French Sauvignon Blanc grapes (60%).

The GIVEN Journey crosses continents to create a refreshing liqueur unlike anything in the market.
The journey begins in Los Altos de Jalisco Mexico where the tequila is handcrafted from the most
coveted blue weber agaves. From there, it crosses the ocean to the historic Cognac region of France.
Upon arrival, a 5th generation family-owned distillery gently macerates fresh limes and infuses them
in small batches to the tequila. Utilizing a unique artisanal process, ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes
are compressed and allowed to crystallize to lightly sweeten GIVEN thereby, creating a flavorful,
refreshing, smooth well balanced liqueur that is fresh and light on its own.

The Refresher: 2 parts GIVEN, 1 part Gin, 2 fresh cucumber wheel slices, 4 fresh mint leaves.
Muddle cucumber in shaker, slap mint leaves to release oils and aroma then add to shaker with ice
and GIVEN. Shake vigorously, then strain into a martini glass, garnish with a cucumber wheel slice.

Texas Twist: 1 part GIVEN, 3 parts Craft Beer. Serve over ice.

The Ambassador: 2 parts GIVEN, 1 part Whiskey, Orange Peel. Add ingredients into shaker with ice.
Shake and pour into rocks glass or strain into coupe glass. Twist and float orange peel for garnish.
