BOONTON, N.J. - April 15, 2013 - PRLog -- With more and more brokers targeting veterans as recruits, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers has developed its own twist.

The company launched a new "Veterans to Real Estate Program" that aims to make it easy for former soldiers to start selling houses.

The program pays for tuition at Metro Brokers' real estate school and six months of fees and dues.

"Basically, their first six months in real estate are covered by us," says Metro Brokers' Tyler Brenner in the April issue of Real Estate Broker's Insider.

As part of the program, new recruits will be placed on Metro Brokers' X-celerater, a series of intensive, hands-on mentorship and coaching sessions with brokers. X-celerater also includes marketing advice and support, technology, and free leads.

Additional strategies for recruting and onboarding veterans appears in the April issue of Real Estate Broker's Insider.
