Punch Brand Brings British Rocker Kieran Strange To Fan Expo Vancouver – April 20-21, 2013

April 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Canadian design company Punch Brand, best known for their crazyheads line of animal inspired character clothing, is set to return for their 2nd year at Fan Expo Vancouver. They are excited to host British Pop-Rock artist Kieran Strange as special guest at their booth. Now referred to as Comiccon Hollywood North, Fan Expo Vancouver is the city’s first major gaming, horror, comic, sci-fi and anime event in Vancouver, BC. The Punch Brand booth will be located in the Exhibit Hall booth# 518 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, April 20-21, 2013.

Punch Brand began collaborating with singer Kieran Strange in October 2012 by being a clothing sponsor and outfitting her for several appearances and a music video. “ We were so excited to jump at the chance of sponsoring Kieran Strange” says owner Glynis Tao “she totally embodies the Punch Brand customer with her fun, quirky personality and colorful style.” Kieran wore their Panda Jam T-Shirt and Striped Panda Hoodie in her latest music video “Merry Undead Christmas” released in December 2012.

Kieran will be a guest at the Punch Brand booth, signing autographs for fans and will have a limited supply of merchandise on hand for purchase. In addition, there will be a contest for a chance to win a “crazyheads x Kieran Strange” prize pack. Punch Brand will have plenty of great merchandise for sale including the latest crazyheads designs such as a white panda hoodie (most popular style), orange fox hoodie, animal hats with eyes, snow cheetah hooded smitts and hot new items that’s sure to please their fans.

The idea for the crazyheads brand developed years ago when designer Glynis Tao attended her first comic convention with her husband Jason. She was inspired by the creative and elaborate costumes the fans wore at the shows. She set out to figure out a way to contribute to this very distinct and colorful world. “I bought a meter of fleece and experimented with sewing a few kitty and bunny hats. I sold out of them at the next show!” A short time later, crazyheads was born.
