New Triabetes takes diabetes lifestyle control beyond apps

STOCKHOLM - April 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Stockholm – Controlling diabetes just got easier using a new lifestyle decision support service called Triabetes™ from Diabetes Tools. Today, the Triabetes online account and smartphone app for people with all diabetes types and their healthcare providers is officially unveiled to the Swedish eHealth industry at the Vitalis 2013 congress in Gothenburg.

Triabetes takes a lifestyle-focused approach to diabetes management. It is a software-as-a-service solution combining an online account and smartphone app with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems so relevant medical data about daily diet and exercise choices are always available for patients, doctors, caregivers and healthcare providers.

Triabetes integrates with secure medical information systems to add value to diabetes treatment centers.
