Rollins, who has been painting for over 20 years, loves to paint on re-purposed materials. You will find many pieces of artwork on reused doors, records, wood pallet and more. “The focal point in the classroom is a huge table my husband made for me out of reused pallet wood. I love that it is artsy and different. Plus nobody is worried about accidentally getting paint on it during classes. I am currently painting a scene of a trio playing in the moonlight on an old cello. I love the wide variety of projects that art connects me with.” shares Rollins. There is a great lineup of speakers booked for the two day event. This includes acupuncturist Jennifer Winer talking about her book on Chinese Medicine Nutrition, Heather Koshiol speaking to the power of gratitude, Alanna Gibbs on how to control cravings, Briana of Orange Spiral Arts will be on site both Sunday and Monday offering affordable head shots and candid photo sessions.
