Pier 22 Announces Elegant Plates Cooking Class with Executive Chef Greg Campbell

BRADENTON, Fla. - April 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Chef Greg presents a new class on Thursday, April 25th, 2013 from 6pm at Pier 22.

When cooking is not enough and you want to really impress your family, friends or that lucky someone Chef Greg will show you a few of the tastiest “design” secrets in food preparation.

The class includes a five course small plated menu incorporating all the recipes:

•          Beef Scaloppini

•          Roasted Poblano Peppers

•          Deconstructed Caesar Salad

•          Crab Stuffed Prawns

•          Blackberry Pork Tournedos

•          Peanut Buttered French Toast

The price is $ 29.95 per person (plus tax, tip and beverages).
