Available today, the email blast utility is an administrative software designed specifically to broadcast emails directly within Quest CE’s learning management system, Renaissance. Here, program administrators can automate their compliance correspondences to send bulk and personalized emails to users through the firm’s existing Firm Element database.  By providing client access to this functionality, Quest CE gives firms the power to create, manage and execute targeted emails, directly from their administrative dashboard.

In using the bulk load utility, firms can schedule emails to send to program users, dependent on each individual user’s program status, throughout the entire training year. For example, firms can schedule training reminders to be sent every 30 days, at 10am, for 6 months to users who have yet to start their annually required training and questionnaires (scheduled emails are editable by minute, hour, day or month). In addition, because Quest CE’s systems operate in real time, students that complete their training with automatically filter into the ‘training complete’ mailing list, and no longer receive training reminders.

Featuring a user-friendly interface, administrators can easily format email templates through the rich text editor. Here, users can add content and upload rich media including dynamic text and images. For the advanced user, the HTML source is available for direct manipulation. In addition, Quest CE provides pre-formatted email templates, which can be easily edited per individual firm.  Built-in features also include the program’s target group creator, mail merge capabilities and seamless audit log.
