New Jersey Venture Capital Firm Announces Partnership Formation

WAYNE, N.J. - April 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Coscendent announces its partner search today for its Venture Capital operations.

A certified public accountant (CPA), and lawyer are among its sought after kinds of partners wanted. Venture Capital or Private Equity experience is preferred.

Partner candidates can start the application process by completing a Partner Questionnaire on Coscendent's website.

The company is expected to begin operations in the summer of 2013, and launch its first $20 million fund by spring of 2014.
