Ebenezer Sibly (1751-1799), noted English astrologer, physician and Freemason, introduced a horoscope for the signing of the Declaration of Independence. (5:10 pm, on 4 July, 1776, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.) An important document itself, this horoscope provided astrologers, and astrology literate Masons, at that time, a glimpse into the possibilities and potentials for actualization, of the dreams and aspirations, of America’s 13 colonies. Today, this blueprint serves as the “conception chart" of the United States.
