Rook Coffee To Open Larger Oakhurst Store

OAKHURST, N.J. - April 8, 2013 - PRLog -- After more than three years in operation, Rook Coffee will open a much larger storefront in the Town Center Shopping Center (at the corner of Route 35 North and West Park Avenue), just up the street from their current Oakhurst store.  With 850 square feet, the new coffee bar located across from Nino Jr’s, between Igloo Italian Ice and Palmyra’s Salon, is approximately three times the size of the current Rook Oakhurst location, and has more than five times the parking availability and more accessibility.

“We reached our maximum capacity just after our first year in business at the Monmouth Road store and have been searching for a larger nearby location to support the high volume of customer traffic and increased operational needs,” says co-owner Holly Migliaccio.  “We are thrilled with the new larger store and location which will now feature text-to-order, payment by smartphone, multiple brew stations and greater capacity to increase service.”

The new Rook store at the Town Center Shopping Center is scheduled to open in Spring 2013.
