Michael Beasley, actor, director, and producer is known as the “King of Hollywood South.” He has worked in over 40 film and tv projects in only 6 years while living in Atlanta.

Michael is recurring on Starz's, Magic City. In 2012-2013, Beasley has 14 film and tv projects airing, which includes Steel Magnolias, Contraband, Flight, Burn Notice, Necessary Roughness, 2 Guns, Last Vegas and in the BET movie The Start-Up.

Beasley was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska.

Michael played professional basketball in Puerto Rico, Argentina, Chile, and Mexico.
