Kings XI Punjab team members seen in action during the making of the iconic Kingfisher commercial

April 6, 2013 - PRLog -- With the start of the most anticipated cricket event in India, Kingfisher Premium, the Good Times partner to six teams (Delhi Daredevils, Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Kings XI Punjab, Sunrisers Hyderabad & Rajasthan Royals) sets out to infuse fresh excitement to their iconic television commercial.

Ace cricketers from the Kings XI Punjab team – Adam Gilchrist, Piyush Chawla and Praveen Kumar were seen putting on their dancing shoes and adjusting their vocal cords as they faced the cameras to bring alive the ‘Oo la la la le o’ moments during the making of the Kingfisher television commercial. Television viewers will now enjoy the new refreshed commercial during the impending cricketing season featuring players across the six teams singing to the infectious tunes of Kingfisher.

Kingfisher Premium has been the Good Times partner to the most entertaining cricketing event since its inception in 2008. A journey that started 6 years ago, with one team singing the jingle, now has 20 players from six different teams singing the same tune with the same vigor. The three players from Kings XI Punjab were seen grooving and singing along the catchy jingle during the shoot today.

While shooting for the TVC, the enthusiastic team members commented, “It’s been a lot of fun shooting for the Kingfisher commercial. Gives us a chance to have a good time before the action packed matches start. The Kingfisher jingle is very catchy and we can’t seem to stop humming it ever since the start of the shoot.
