If the defendant loses, his license will be suspended for one year. That was the case of People v. I.R. The client was accused of having an accident and refusing a breathalyzer test.    At the hearing, the administrative judge ruled that the police officer did not provide the required probable case to arrest the client and thus dismissed the case.
