Diamond Brand Outdoors Selects OpSuite for Cloud Management

Diamond Brand Outdoors currently has two retail locations and a strong online presence, where they sell a wide variety of outdoor equipment.  Their partner, POSitive Technology worked with them on the installation and setup of the POS equipment, as well as the OpSuite implementation.

Diamond Brand Outdoors is using OpSuite for enterprise management at their stores, which allows the flow of information in real-time, including purchase orders, inter-store transfers, sales data, and reporting to and from their stores and their web store.  OpSuite allows managers to easily track inventory and sales at the stores, which can be accessed quickly anytime anywhere in the cloud.  OpSuite Tailored Response monitors transactional information, as well as other criteria to automatically send out email campaigns to customers when they make purchases, hit target loyalty point levels, or qualify for special coupons. Other campaign types include: newsletters, invites to events, coupons, promotions, special occasion emails (birthday and anniversary), thank you emails, and special events, among others.  Also, using OpSuite’s integration layer: OpServices, Diamond Brand Outdoors posts their sales GL and voucher payables directly to their corporate ERP system.
