San diego musician, Timothy H* headlines "Born On 420 Records" anniversary party at 710 beach club.

SAN DIEGO - April 4, 2013 - PRLog -- San Diego indie record label Born on 420 Records is having an Anniversary Bash on 4/20/2013 at 710 Beach Club in Pacific Beach, California. The party starts at 9pm and has a super diverse line up including the record labels first signed act, San Diego musician Timothy H*.

"The label (Born on 420 Records) has always been interested in all styles of music and we wanted this line up for our party to show that". Sarah Roberto, Operator and A&R Rep for the label, explains."We knew Coachella was on the same weekend so of course we had to have some amazing acts for our party!" Sarah says. "We don't have 2 Chains but we do have hip hop act, Sloat Dixion, performing at our show. Coachella has the Red Hot Chili Peppers.. but we've got Garrett Lee Robinson from L.A. and they've (Coachella) got Major Lazer but we have San Diego reggae act Sando & the Irie Vibrations..  plus DJ Matty Mac"

The one year old record label will also feature the first artist they signed, San Diego artist Timothy H* performing songs from the labels first full length album, "Loved Or Hated But Never Ignored", out now on itunes."Our first album with Timothy H* has been amazing!" Sarah says as she looks out on the ocean horizon. Skateboarders pass by on the boardwalk as we speak in Mission Beach. "We've seen sales take off from all over the world, and the shows have been packed since the album release."

"The label has grown faster than expected and now we are looking at signing San Diego acts Sloat Dixon (hip hop) and Sando and the Irie Vibrations (reggae)." Sarah says as she shows me pictures of packed shows on her iphone. "now we always hear that the music of Timothy H* sounds like San Diego! I mean, what a compliment. That is the best feeling for us; that we can put out a product with rock, reggae and punk that people really love."

Timothy H* says this party is "Coachella at the Beach, only you can shower at your own place afterwards", he laughs, "in all seriousness, this show will go off with its super diverse line up... plus, 4/20 has always been a special day to me because it's my birthday.  But I'm not asking for gifts at this party, I'm giving the gift of rock n roll."
