ROCKLEIGH, NJ-(BUSINESS WIRE)-April 1, 2013 – Royal Sovereign International, a worldwide leader in appliances, office products and graphic solutions, has announced it has signed a service agreement with Bell and Howell, a leading provider of solutions and services for paper-based and digital messaging.  Under the agreement, Bell and Howell will become the authorized service provider in the United States for wide-format laminators and trimmers made by Royal Sovereign. Royal Sovereign has an installed base of more than 4,000 systems throughout North America.
