NEW YORK - April 3, 2013 - PRLog -- NEW YORK - RUN, the leader in real-time programmatic ad technology, announced today the results of its holiday 2012 RUN Fund campaign with Hope For The Warriors (http://www.hopeforthewarriors.org/)®, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for post-9/11 service members, their families, and families of the fallen who have sustained physical and psychological wounds in the line of duty.

RUN’s targeted ad program on behalf of Hope For The Warriors® ran from December 19 to December 25 of 2012. Efforts immediately saw visits to the Hope For The Warriors® “donate” page grow across all channels.  The donate page received 725 percent more visits during the campaign on desktops and laptops than it did in the previous two weeks combined, and visits nearly quadrupled on mobile devices.

“Working with RUN has allowed Hope For The Warriors® to expand fundraising efforts well beyond normal reach,” said Julianna Jacobson, Marketing Director of Hope For The Warriors®. “The team's technology and generosity has allowed us to open up a new channel to raise funds and awareness simultaneously.  We are grateful for the RUN Fund and their philanthropic efforts.”

The RUN Fund allocates a percentage of the company’s proceeds to provide marketing programs driven through RUN platforms to partner charities, at no cost to them. In keeping with its focus on key calendar events, both public and those important to partner charities, RUN Fund is currently planning a Spring 2013 campaign that will focus on raising awareness of drunk driving during prom and graduation season.

Hope For The Warriors® is a great organization that does amazing work for people in need,” said Seth Hittman, CEO of RUN. “It’s been very important for RUN, since its first day, to use our position as leaders in both our industry and our community as powers for good. We’re more than happy to lend our technology and knowledge to such wonderful causes.”

RUN began work for Hope For The Warriors® with a strategic planning session that reviewed key targets for the campaign. Targeting stretched the U.S. and included past donors, veterans, veteran households, and donors to other veteran-aligned charities.
