Dual-View Scope Stand From Aven Expands Inspection Capabilities

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - April 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Aven, Inc. introduces a versatile inspection and quality control accessory for its line of Mighty Scope digital microscopes. The new Dual-View Stand lets users mount two of the hand-held scopes on an adjustable Dual-View Stand.

    Cushioned holders grip the compact scopes securely. Independent articulating arms allow movement vertically and horizontally, with rack-and-pinion focusing for fine adjustments.

    "This new stand makes it simple to view parts, prototypes or lab specimens from different angles," explains Mike Shahpurwala, president of Aven. "Two areas can be examined side-by-side on a monitor by using the Microviewer software that comes with all Mighty Scopes."

    Eight Mighty Scope models with magnification up to 500x are offered by the Michigan-based supplier of optical instruments and precision tools. Selections include UV, near-infrared and polarizer versions.
