Healthy Diets, Inc. Welcomes Denise Griffith as their newest Licensed Registered Dietitian

RALEIGH, N.C. - April 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Raleigh, N.C. (April 1, 2013) – Healthy Diets, Inc. a private nutrition practice that specializes in one-on-one nutrition counseling, group counseling, and corporate wellness programs, is proud to welcome Denise Griffith, MS, RD, CDE, LDN, to the team as their newest Licensed Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist.

Denise has been a registered dietitian for 37 years and a CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) for over 18 years. Prior to joining Healthy Diets, Inc., Denise worked in corporate healthcare and wellness centers, cardiac rehabilitation centers and inpatient and outpatient diabetes centers.

Denise graduated from Central Michigan University with a BS in Dietetics and earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Kentucky.

“I believe that our health is our greatest gift and that both healthy eating and exercise are necessary to achieve optimal health and wellness,” says Denise.

She puts these practices into action by taking walks, playing with her 3 grandchildren, and exercising her 2-year-old Labradoodle.
