This interactive session will be presented by Joe Brady, senior partner at SCE, and John DuBiel, SCE’s chief executive officer.  Brady and DuBiel will discuss:

·         the current global supply chain climate

·         areas for improvement and strategies for execution

·         supply chain and logistics practice alignment with the master operating plan

·         supply chain warning signs

·         metrics, measurements, and financial models that most effectively measure your supply chain and logistics practices

According to Brady, the session will help executives understand the value that can be realized through best-in-class supply chain strategies, processes, and policies.  “The supply chain is an area of considerable strategic importance, as supply chain costs typically range from 50% to 70% of gross revenues for manufacturers and distributors,” said Brady.  “The very best companies use the supply chain to augment margins, strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers, improve cash-to-cash cycle times, reduce inventory levels, and more.”
