Pat Eglin, a certified CMMI Instructor, will present, “Rescuing Troubled Projects (http://www.qaiquest.org/2013/speaker/patricia-a-eglin-dav...),” leading participants through the steps required to rescue a failing project by combining Agile management and testing techniques. Her presentation will take place on April 18 at 9:45am. Pat will also present an EXPO session on April 18, “Quality Models and Agile; Friend or Foe?,” using real examples of Agile implementations to discuss the relevance and importance of quality models in an Agile world.

Held in downtown Chicago, April 15-19, QUEST, hosted by the QAI Global Institute, features a range of topics to meet today’s demands in building and testing quality software, using both traditional and new methods. The conference provides information and skills needed to drive quality throughout an application project or release while achieving schedule and cost goals.
